Enjoy a wonderful summer evening on our terrace and decide on the spot which meat or fish specialities from the region we can prepare live for you. For this evening, our kitchen team has let the best of Simmental beef from Upper Bavaria hang out in the dry-aged cupboard for 7 weeks. Entrecôte, a 600 gram T-bone steak or high ribs for two are grilled on beech wood - a very special taste!
