Traditional recipes are refined with original ideas and reinterpreted with love for the handicraft. Whether it’s fish, meat or vegetable dishes, starters, main course or dessert – what you find artistically arranged on the table was prepared with real craftsmanship by our chefs. At the same time, we also want to unfailingly create little experiences for you: Our popular corn-fed spring chicken with beetroot popcorn is therefore served at the table, or the char fillet comes with a special pipette of orange butter for you to add yourself.
